Previously a development executive at Starlight Media (Crazy Rich Asians), Neo has contributed to films including Malignant (Warner Bros.), Umma (Sony Pictures), The Monkey (Neon), and the Venice Film Festival award-winner Nezouh.

His personal writing and directing projects have been selected and nominated at prestigious festivals including Palm Springs International ShortFest and the Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Competition.
